Let Us Do The Heavy Lifting
We offer free pickups for businesses looking to dispose of electronic equipment and IT assets. Our team comes to you, loads the equipment onto our own trucks and takes it back to our facility in Meridian for processing — you do not need to palletize anything, move it to a dock or rent a truck.
To qualify for a free pickup, we require a minimum of at least 10 items in any combination from this list:
- PC’s
- Laptops
- Servers
- Network switches
Those four categories are what the 10-item minimum counts, but once we are on site we can take the rest of your electronics with them — monitors, phones and tablets, cables, printers under 50 lbs, power supplies and more. The items we accept page has the full list, including the handful of things we cannot take.
To get started, send us your name, email address and a rough list of the equipment to be picked up. Counts do not have to be exact — an estimate is enough for us to plan the right vehicle and crew.
* Residential pickups are not available.
How a pickup works
1. Send your list
Use the form above, email us or call. Tell us roughly what you have and where it is.
2. We schedule it
We confirm a day and time that works for your site, including multiple locations if you have them.
3. We load it
Our crew does the lifting and carrying, and hauls everything away in our own trucks.
4. We process it
Drives are wiped or destroyed, reusable gear is refurbished, and the rest is recycled. Ask us for a certificate of destruction.
Where we pick up
We are based in Meridian and pick up throughout Idaho and eastern Oregon. That includes the Treasure Valley — Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Kuna and Garden City — and we regularly travel further afield for larger jobs. Over the years we have worked with organizations from Pocatello to the Idaho panhandle, and we are happy to follow a customer to multiple sites in one visit rather than making you consolidate equipment yourself.

Fewer than 10 items?
You are still welcome to bring equipment to us. Park in the spaces marked “Drop Off” at our Meridian facility and ring the buzzer at that door, and someone will come out to help you unload. Our contact page has the address, a map and a photo of the door to look for.
