This policy explains what happens to information you send us through this website. It covers the website only — the handling of data on equipment you send us for recycling is covered by our data sanitization process, described on our data sanitization page.

What we collect

The forms on this site ask for your name, email address, phone number and a message. Only your name, email address and message are required. We do not ask for payment details, and you do not need an account to use anything on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your question, schedule a pickup, or respond to a donation or reimbursement request, and we keep the correspondence for our business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How form messages reach us

When you submit a form, the message is delivered to our email through a third-party email delivery service, which processes it only to deliver the message to us. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the request in order to serve the page and to protect against abuse.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics or tracking scripts. The map on our contact pages is embedded from Google Maps and does not load until you scroll to it; if it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. Links to our Facebook and LinkedIn pages are ordinary links — those companies only receive information about you if you follow them.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and organizations, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pcidaho.com or call (208) 658-1100 and we will take care of it. If you would rather not use a form at all, call us or write to us at the address below.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
